First time in a Winchell’s since I was a kid.  Donuts were good.  The chocolate with chocolate sprinkles was above average. Also ordered chocolate and maple old fashioned.  Both were good but not great.   Apple turnover was good as well.   A lot of posts are negative about the service. We didn’t have any problem but it was slow.

I didn't go in for their donuts so I can't review that item. I actually went in hoping that I could get a deli-type sandwich. Weird, I know. Chances are, non-deli establishments probably don't make good deli-type foods but I'm weird like that. Well, was I surprised. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on an everything bagel. It was toasted to perfection! Nice crunch with moist tuna salad. Not only did I order that, I ordered a cheese pizza bagel. I chose the everything bagel for my "crust." So delicious.  Gosh, writing this review has made me hungry for this meal again. Thank goodness they are open 24 hours!

As a kid I used to have a PB&J Bagel but at a Winchels from another city, after I moved several times I missed the donuts, bagels and coffee from that place but found out that this place was near where I live. Great donuts, good bagels. Egg didn't have much flavor but the guy working here is friendly enough. And having a breakfast and lunch combo for less than 16 isn't bad at all. Sister liked the food.

Good place, fresh donuts even toward 12am when I wanted one.I been to Winchells in 3 cities and states, they've all been delicious. I feel they're some of the best donuts and the 24 hour thing can't be beat.

Best Donut shop EVER...they also have FRESH juices ...and Begal sandwichs.. breakfast AAAnd lunch... best thing...they are Open 24-7!Thank you workers

Excellent breakfast sandwiches on bagels. Note they take a while to make though. Very good donut holes. Average coffee. Very busy place!

Today at 10:20 pm I came to this place to buy.  And the people who are attending, provide a poor quality service, that leads to losing customers due to the attitude of the employees.  And I attach a photo of the person who attended me.  This is the employee, who does not want to sell.  She is denying that she has no supplies to prepare the smoothie. Clean place, friendly service and stuff, Price, not to bad. The family had a donut  moment. Taste good, freshly made, still warm and it was around 9pm. See you again

I called to ask them questions about my stolen credit card that was used there on August 2, 2022 and nobody speaks english. Really Winchells/Yum Yum donuts? That's appalling to say the least. Is this business only for the people who speak the workers language? It seems that way. They can't communicate nor understand English.  How can they help customers that speak only English? Customer service is obviously not a priority for this company.
