Great prices as long as you pay attention. Having a list is always a good idea. Staff was very pleasant everywhere in the store. Good beer and wine selection. Deli department was busy as most items looked fresh and delicious. Meat department had a lot to choose from. Open 24 hours except the deli, bakery and bulk foods. Order a case of most items in the bulk food department and you get an extra 5% off.

Brightly lit with inefficient florescent lighting that will drain your soul. I saw birds living in a corner of the ceiling near produce. One was pecking at some broccoli. Remember to wash your veggies!! The bulk food section is awesome. They say "no sampling" but, sometimes, you just can't help it. When you walk past the meat and seafood section and see the dude behind the counter wearing a hair net AND beard net, you know that guy is serious. You buy your meat from that guy. Period. They keep the hard booze at customer service which is located at the end of the checkout lines. This makes it convenient to grab a bottle of whiskey after you realize how much you've spent on food and then were forced to bag your own groceries.

The employees are always so helpful to help you find what you need and you're almost always have what I'm looking for. Place is neat and clean and there's always a basket to be had. Love your specials.😍

Great low prices and usually not super busy. However, I recently came to this store in a great mood and left embarrassed and crying due to racial discrimination. The self check-out is easiest for me because I don't particularly want to wait when I can check my items out myself. In this particular trip, I had to grab a case of water. Having a fractured wrist prevented me from lifting the one I needed so I asked a polite patron to help me with it. As I got to self check-out soon after, I was stared at and it was off-putting being a woman. So I just continue to check my items. I look up the case of water so I don't have to lift it up to the scanner. Then the attendant came up to me and asked to check my bags with no indication of a misplaced item or any notification on. The screen about bagging. I found it weird and then he continued to look through my bags. Totally unnecessary. He could have checked the receipt, which he did anyway before I left the area. Being embarrassed in public like that has definitely had an impact on me and where I shop hut I didn't expect it at winco. When I called the manager, she just listened; Didn't offer any solution or anything just, "sorry bout that". How would you feel about that discrimination in front of your children? The sad thing is, the same attendant has given me a problem before but not my lighter friends, when we're together. Totally disappointed.

Great prices. Great customer service. I can get so much more at WinCo for less money than anywhere else. Watch for the green signs, they tend to be the sales. Also love their bulk foods.
