My boyfriend and I love this place! It's our little getaway. The room is so nice! We had a beautiful view of the river. We didn't want to leave to be honest. All the staff we talked to were super nice. We enjoyed the grill restaurant as well. Can't wait to go back!Rooms: 5/5

First off the rooms are gorgeous since the renovations. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and it was time! I can’t give the room 5 stars because I was on the 10th floor and it took the hot water - no lie - 15 minutes of get hot! After you ran it for 15 minutes it was amazing. So, I am a Delight card holder and they are lacking with my perks. I can’t ever get a suite anymore and it’s always it’s the discretion of the hotel even if my casino host requests one. It’s like - I have spent all this money and continue to spend money and I’m not getting anything for it outside of a comp room - mostly anyone can get - some food credits and a little bit of free play. I have options. I can drive to Tampa and go to the Hard Rock or to NC but I choose to come here but I’m not liking how I’m being treated anymore. Don’t get me wrong the people that work here are awesome. It’s the politics that is getting in the way I guess and making it not a great experience anymore. I mean a suite once in awhile is hardly an ask when I spend 10x that amount. All in all I have loved this casino and it’s still a great trip!

I'm not much of a gambler, but the staff was helpful and mostly well mannered. The place was easy to find, clean and inviting. The $10 food credit for new players was definitely appreciated! I enjoyed a wonderful large chocolate brownie with walnuts and caramel sauce covered with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream! It was so good it unfortunately got eaten too fast to catch a picture of it.... Bathrooms were huge and easily accessible, and there was a free soda fountain on either side of the huge gaming room. They're was a special smoking room with games in it, but I didn't check it out further because the outdoor smoking section was easily accessible and inviting. Overall it was a positive experience despite my not actually being a gambler.

By Far the best hotel Ive stayed at. If there are a few issues it is overlooked by how well everything else goes. Prices are by far the best. The higher the floor the better because of the view.. All the staff there are wonderful. I have not had a bad interaction with anyone. I wish i could name the workers but i lost the paper I had with their names on it. You all know who you are and I think you know who I am. I hope they pay you all well because you all deserve it.

Wonderful getaway with an old friend. It had been years since we had a girls trip. Spa was amazing, relaxing and clean and the view is hard to beat. We'll definitely be going back! Food very good, I had the Alabama catfish it was cooked perfectly and served hot.  We had fun playing the games and slept well in the comfortable beds. All of the staff was friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

The service was outstanding! Except for the valet that took forty minutes to come to the room and get our luggage for check- out. They wrote the room number down wrong. The room was awesome. The bed was comfy and the black-out shades worked great. The room service prices were great and the breakfast grill inside the casino was nice with good food at a good price. My only complaint was that it was darn near impossible to get a drink in the casino!

This was a good time with friends but the last time I was there was 2017.  They need new games I couldn't really find one that I liked so I played the most popular ones.  I won a hundred dollars but gave it back .  The food was delicious that banana pudding was Great and the bathrooms are very clean. Overall I would go back.  We had fun

Really good place to spend a weekend or just get a way for a day. Room was really nice, Fire restaurant had good food and service. The grill to go was fast and good food. My only gripe is they need more stuff for non-gamblers to do while at the resort and a few different type of machines to play. Get that digital roulette machine.

I just love this hotel. The rooms have the most comfortable beds and everything in the room works! The bathroom has a large shower enclosed in glass all the way, a fancy bathroom door that had painted designs on glass and the sink area was a good size and you had plenty of moving around space in there. Not crowded at all. The staff has always been helpful and friendly which is a big plus.

I always enjoy my stay at Wind Creek Wetumpka.  The staff is always helpful and pleasant.  The casino restrooms were clean shout out to Nettie working hard to ensure that the restrooms were clean and stocked.  The food at the Grill was as usual great and cooked as requested shout out to Traci K at the Grill.   The icing on the cake was that I won a small jackpot.  Great team and great job!
