This was the first time I have used Wind River and their service was professional,timely, and informative. The tech was very knowledgeable and informed me of many options available to keep the my septic system running efficiently. I would certainly use them again and refer others to their service.

Negative 100 stars!!! Horrible service. Horrible business ethics and overcharges for every single possible thing! They charged me 196.00 for an emergency visit (because I called on a Saturday and they'd be arriving on Sunday). I called Sunday morning to see when they'd send someone. Then, they sent the wrong technician who looked at my tub and stated "not sure why I'm here, you need a plumber". You don't say?! 196.00 that cost me. The receptionist was horrible and not at all efficient. They have many ways of speaking in circles, disorganized, and wanted to charge me an extra 350.00 to snake my tub. This single mom called Anchor Sewer and Drain Cleaning, who immediately organized a person to come out within a couple of hours, charged me a total of 165.00 and spent 10 minutes snaking the tub, cleaned up the area.... and fixed it!!! I'm still trying to address this with a supervisor and still no 'emailed' receipt. RUN!!!!

Great customer service. Also, the technician was right on time. did an excellent job and after he was done, he explained what was done. Good company.

We have been using Wind River for the last 4 years and service has been second to none.  The technician we have been provided clearly knows how and what to say to customers and will provide you with the most concise and specific advice you need.

They were quick to respond to my request, showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Technician was proffecional and offeed good advice. Recomended.
