called them to get a bonded title on a vehicle-they said they won't do a bond unless you are already an insurance customer of theirs.  Lame!

Janice is a trooper who's gone above and beyond for me; she helped me through a claim that wasn't even through my insurance after an old man in a rental knocked my motorcycle over and ruined the tank, and she helped get me some of my premium back, even after I switched companies! Well done and thank you again!

I am very disappointed in the lack of service so far.  My claim is moving at a snails pace with zero follow up.  If I do not call back my claim just sits on the back burner.  Time to call back and see what the excuse is now.
