I wish I could give this place no stars. I dropped my shoes off to be fixed and was told it would be ready the following Wednesday. After no call the following Wednesday I stopped by only to be greeted by a sign saying they were closed until Nov. 6. Here it is the 9th and they won't even answer the phone. Very disappointed because I've already paid.

Supposed to be open M-F.  Went yesterday to pick up a pair of pants and they were closed.  Called this morning, no answer.  What's going on???

These guys were always very helpful to me.  They helped me find a source for leather thongs, which I use for making jewelry, too.  They never seemed rude to me.  I plan to take some more shoes there next week for some repair.
