We visited this office (several months back) on the weekend and asked to speak with a realtor.  The realtor we talked with (Laura Calder) took all of our info and promised to follow up with us.  All we received were a couple of auto reply emails but never heard from the agent or this office again.

My wife and I had the best Real Estate experience ever in purchasing a home in Prescott.  This was the result of working with Cheri Henderson. She gave us a one day orientation of the area which included showing us the various areas around Prescott, a sit down session discussing the community,and getting to know us.
She was always available and worked extremely hard to show us homes that would be of interest to us.  Her communication was excellent and she was always available
for us.

What we both appreciated was that Cheri was very ethical, there was no pressure--she wanted the right home for us.  She was extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, but above all professional. As a result we found the perfect home that we love. My wife and I consider her a friend and someone we would not hesitate 
recommending her to anyone including family and friends.

My husband and I decided to purchase a home in Arizona or 800+ miles from where we currently live which presented us with numerous issues - not the least of which was being so far away and still working full time at our current location.  I could write the entire 3 month process here, outlining each step along the way, but that would take too much space.  Suffice it to say that Kathi Rafters of Windermere Real Estate went above, over, and beyond what anyone could expect of their realtor.  She made herself available 24/7 for us, worked hard to find us the right home, worked through every issue with us, and made everything easy for us - there was little or no work involved on our side in finding the right home.  Kathi is awesome!  We love our new home and just can't thank her enough for everything she did for us. We can't wait to move in!!!

Carole Vandersteeg did a great job in helping us properly price and present our property.  Her able photographer created a winning visual presentation of the home. In our situation time was very much of the essence and Carole was very prompt and responsive.  Her process guidance was very helpful and her counsel regarding negotiating considerations and strategies was clear and helpful.  At the end of the day, we sold the house very quickly and at top dollar for type and market. We would highly recommend her to any seeking to sell of buy a home.  Mark and Dede Tilly
