Worst customer service I have experienced. Tried for 5 months to get a few minor repairs done on some blinds they had sold me when I was selling my house. Never called me back when they said they would.  I think my calls were being blocked because if I called on a different phone they would pick up right away. What business does that? Never finished the work before my escrow closed. Told me the part was in and then 2 months later told me it didn't exist. If it was possible to give this business a zero star, I would.

Pleasant experience with these guys.We needed a recarpet job done asap due to safety concerns and they got it done for us with in house carpet by the weekend. Thanks! We were so stressed during this time to say the least and you made it easy for us.

Horrible communication, person got sick and said they would call next week to reschedule.  NO call, when I called they had no record of me and now the installer was on vacation for 2 weeks. ..HORRIBLE

Terrible communication.  Kept calling to confirm our floors had arrived and would be installed as scheduled, and finally found out the day after I thought they were going to start that the floors hasn't even been ordered yet.  I did my best to keep my cool, but she ended up getting mad at me and told me to come get my check back and hung up on me.
