Friendly staff and spacious and comfortable rooms. Bed had many pillows, it wasn't difficult to find a comfortable one. Only negative is an automatic "metered" refrigerator for a minibar, no space for personal food or drinks, and the tried to bill us for missing items never used. But that error was immediately fixed no questions asked. Overall great experience.

The Windsor Court is the most beautiful hotel in New Orleans and we return frequently to enjoy the impeccable service, beautiful suite and amazing food the hotel offers.  Everyone is super friendly and very professional.  The staff in the Club level lounge is simply the best (especially Paul and Josie :-))! The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.  I contacted the Concierge team before our arrival with several requests and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything we asked for was taken care of to perfection.  Thank you Windsor Court for another exceptional visit to one of our favorite hotels!

Attended a wedding reception for a friend and had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff was very attentive and respectful to the guest. Everything was beautiful and pristine. I would recommend this hotel for future events and out of town friends/fam without a doubt.

Extremely convenient location, though close enough to the train tracks that it can be annoying at 5am. Entire hotel has been beautiful and clean. Staff is super friendly, I've enjoyed my stay here so far. Drinks and food are also excellent.

Spectacular. Check in time was 4 PM and even though I didn't arrive until 4:45, my room still wasn't ready. I had to wait. It was only another 30 min or so, but still. It was annoying. When I asked for some consolation, they gave me a drink at the restaurant and comp'ed me 24 hrs of the higher speed internet access (the complimentary wifi isn't even worth trying). Classy joint!
