It took five phone calls to make a reservation before anyone would answer the phone. "This Mailbox is full, please try again later." So we arrive on a Sunday afternoon and no one man's the office. We find a note posted to us directing us to a space that's already occupied by a beat up motor home. After driving the circle looking for a vacant space, an after hours person directs us to an open space. Once set up our slide outs nearly touch the neighboring fivers. Many full time folks here. We can only rate this a 2 because of its proximity to great wineries.

Bathrooms were under construction. The one shower stall was so gross that I still don't know if I was cleaner before I went in there. I mean disgusting. Nice laundry area. I stayed in the back area. There are alot of people that live there and have lived there for a long time. The price was good. Don't expect to get any tv signal there unless you are Spanish or Japanese you will be disappointed. The office is real hard to get hold of too. I stayed there a week while working in town. The staff pretty much leaves you alone I think, although I kept a pretty low profile. If you need a place for one night and your bathroom in your RV is big enough to not to have to use theirs, this will do. To be fair, it may get better after the remodels. The best part is that there is a great tap room down the street named St. Florian's that has really good beer.

Best rv park around, pet friendly,kid friendly, Laundromats, pool,etc...love it!

Very quiet, tidy RV park with a lot of recent and ongoing improvements. Friendly long term residents as well as those passing through. I've found the office staff helpful and communicative since moving in. The Wi-Fi bandwidth needs a major upgrade (fifteen minutes on Facebook or downloading one tv show on Netflix is enough to get your speed slowed down automatically) and long term leases were recently limited to only six months (with three days of vacating the property before you can return) but these are pretty much the only drawbacks I've observed in the six weeks I've lived here. Park has very strict policies regarding illegal substances and activities.

I stored my trailer here for about 8 months and while I wasn't there often I still managed to have a terrible experience. First my batteries were stolen off my trailer. They weren't locked down so that is partly my fault. Second, after giving a written notice that I was leaving and taking my trailer by the end of August, they informed me that I had a late payment for that month. I told them there must be a mistake because I have auto pay setup. They said I wasn't registered and still owed them the fee. I refused to pay the fee but paid the storage fee of $75 and they said they would look into the late fee. Then at the end of the month I remove my trailer on 8/28 but on 9/1 I was automatically debited a payment for September even though I was just told I didn't have auto pay setup and had given them 2 weeks written notice that I was leaving. These guys need to remove their heads from their asses.
