Good pizza, I like the amount of toppings but just need a bit more cheese. There should be enough cheese on a pizza that all the toppings don't fall off when you pick up a slice.Food: 3/5

Ordered a calzone with chicken and bacon.  Get home and it has peppers and onions in it too.  Call back, they tell me that's not even possible and they don't have peppers. Umm what??? If you look at their menu that's clearly false. They do. And it's obvious they made the "chicken bomb" calzone which has peppers in it instead of what I actually ordered. How pathetic to lie to the customer and not take accountability. Just  a  terriblypoor customer experience. Very frustrating having to go back to get the correct order after a long day of work. First time here, don't see why I'd ever go back.

Cancelled my order without telling me because I didn’t put the tip on my card even tho I pay cash tip when order arrives. I had cash but not enough for my whole order so I put it on my card. Very unprofessional. You forcing a customer to do something. What if that’s all I had you not going to serve me?Service: 1/5

I was looking to eat a Italian sub when we arrived. That soon changed when I watched the grill man fill a sub roll with yummy goodness. We hadn't planned on stopping anywhere in particular. Our visit was mid afternoon, the business was doing a steady volume and we found out why. We both had Cheese steak bomb sandwiches which were amply full and justified the price. The pizza looked fantastic and the buffalo sauce appeared to be just what you'd expect. I felt it necessary to take a picture of some food for a review. The buffalo chicken cesar wrap pictured was probably close to 2 pounds when he was finished!

Orded delivery,all was good taste wise, but, jalapeño poppers were pretty well packed tight, way squished together, you need to find a better way to pack themFood: 5/5

I ate in, aside from small it was same as any, I had steak sub and I think it was great, I also had delivery of hot naked wings, steak sub, Italian sub, curly fries and jalapeño poppers, steak was as good as the one I had at the counter, wings were excellent as was everything else, also they use a delivery service that has zero up charges, they were fast, love this place

Don’t ever order here new customer had me on hold for 10 min was told hold on . He had to take care of another customer. I Was told enjoy everything else  I ordered and have a good night . I ordered a cheeseburger sub at almost 12 dollars to get a cheeseburger and was told we work all day . I’m  a chef and work longer hours  doing functions . We have to have orders right and make sure the customer is satisfied .  I Was never offered a refund just to take care of me next time . I don’t want a next time thanks but  no thanks Nope. 9/9/2022. Minus -1 star equals no stars. Very poor customer service. Quincy Ma location. You would think they would accommodate me spent almost 70.00 with them  the first shot which was today very disappointed customer.

So disappointing!! Waited for ever for my sandwich feel bad for the guy who ordered before me somehow mine was ready at the same time My steak and cheese was COLD! why u might ask because it sat behind the person taking orders and sat and sat.. I saw them place some bag there but didn't think it was mine, there's zero communication with the cook.. Speak up cook let them know your putting food up and order taker turn around and check every now and then. Day after bruins and my head hurts and I wanted a slamming steak and cheese... Sucked. Sorry for the review but unfortunately you deserved it

Usually good but this is down right unacceptable. Aluminum foil yumm better practice safe food practices or you'll get a lawsuit real quick . Don't be hack job
