We placed an order for flowers for the funeral of our grandfather. We were not pleased with the size or quality of the arrangement compared to the others from Greenbrier Florist, even though we placed on order for a Premium arrangement. The others blew ours away, and we later learned that they paid up to $30 or more less than we did for ours. While the flowers were not the most important thing at the funeral, it just stood out to us that our florist did not give us as much value for our money as the other family members purchased theirs at Greenbrier or elsewhere. If looking for a good value and beautiful arrangement, use Greenbrier.

My Mom purchased a Christmas floral arrangement for my dining room table for the holidays for me as a gift. Upon receiving the floral arrangement the candles were wobbly and wouldnt stand straight and you could see the "green sponge" that the flowers sat in on several areas of the arrangement. Even the delivery man tried to straighten the candles before handing me the arrangement at the door. Also the "green tape" used to hold everything in place was sticking out on the beautiful container...very sloppy like. When my Mom saw the arrangement she was very disappointed for the the money she spent and called to state the same. I asked my Mom to be nice as there are few florists in the area for me to use. My Mom was told by the owner of the shop Louise to never call her business again. I then called and politely informed her of how the arrangement looked. She not only kept interrupting me not allowing me to give my complaint but also informed me not to call her business again. And I WAS POLITE! She stated "sometimes you just cant make everyone in this world happy no matter what you do". I told the owner I owned a business and as a business owner it is your responsibility to listen to your customers and make things right. She then said she didnt want to argue with me and not to call her business again. BUT I WASNT ARGUING! My late husband always tried to give business to his hometown first, and I admired him for that. But I'm sorry Josh this is one business I wont be spending my money at anymore. One star for the delivery driver for being polite and courteous! Holly Miktarian of Tallmadge
