As Sommelier/Wine Director at Les Nomades, Chicago’s world renowned French cuisine restaurant, Mike was in charge of their award-winning wine program. Les Nomades boasts a wine collection that includes over 800 selections, numerous wine offerings by the glass, and received the Best Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator every year during his term as Sommelier.
