Came here with family, you seat yourself and we were greeted quickly and our drink order was taken. All the drinks tasted amazing, I enjoyed the Jack Mormon Lager, light and easy and pairs well with most items. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the raspberry Chipotle BBQ and Mac and cheese for the side. All the food tasted amazing. The place was packed but had plenty of parking. We will for sure be back for more food and drinks.
It took us 20 minutes to get greeted at our table. the server Rod wouldn’t even let us finish talking before speaking and interrupting us so many times. i specified i wanted breaded chicken with teriyaki sauce and he brought over grilled chicken. It tasted like rubber and was not cooked all the way. We never got our waters refilled. and never even got checked in on. we sat with our plates full because it was so nasty for about 25 minutes before he came over with the check and i brought up how it wasn’t what i wanted and he replies with “oh sorry.” did not offer a remake, or give us discount. but he did make sure to charge us full price for nasty food. thanks rod! go to wingstop or buffalo wild wings instead.
We did take out for chicken wings and ordered medium spiciness level and some mild. We've been here many times and know how spicy medium is. We came home and it was extremely spicy, it was burning our tongues and we're used to spicy as well. We spent $70 and we asked for carrots and they hardly gave us any for the wings ratio. We got about 4 pieces of carrots. I called them up and asked for the manager, she told me she was the supervisor and her manager wasn't there. I told her that our order was very spicy and I think there was a mix up. The first thing she said was that my husband is a bad driver and I found out that she was really rude to him and made threats when he came to pick up the food and instead of helping customers, she was flirting with some guy behind the bar. I was shocked how the way she talked to me about my husband criticizing his driving when he didn't do anything wrong. She sounded tipsy or drunk. She asked me what I ordered and if I ordered online. I told her and she repeated herself at least 3 times throughout the call asking me if I ordered online. It seemed like I was being pranked and she wasn't serious at all about helping me with my order. She eventually said she would have her manager call me the next day to fix this issue. I gave them 2 full days to call me to give them a chance to fix things before giving them a bad review. And I never got a call. I don't appreciate the horrible customer service and now I don't plan to ever go here again.
Poor customer service. The place was 2/3rds empty. We ordered a drink and appetiser. We said upfront we were ordering light. We paid and tipped--didn't expect the waiter to do another thing. And he didn't. After 30 minutes the manager came out and told us we had to leave. ??? I guess you can only stay more than 30 minutes if you order a full meal? Won't go back. Very unfriendly.
Ordered through door dash. only one of 7 orders was even edible, and that order didn't even have the sauce on the wrap. The chicken sandwiches were made with a single tender that tasted like it was covered in soot and dry, the wings were charred to a crisp and dry. They didn't care which sides we ordered and just gave us all the mix fries. When we tried to call, the number said it was disconnected. The fact that someone cooked this food and felt good sending it out says all I need to know about this establishment. Over $100 of food went uneaten because it was that bad.
They bake their wings in a super hot oven instead of deep frying like just about everywhere else. They are healthier, but more important, they taste better. I love wings, and they have the best ones. Traditional buffaloe and dry rub garlic Cajun are by far my favorite flavors.Food: 5/5
Clean bathrooms, good music. We asked if the ranch cups are big, they told us they're not so we ordered a handful. The ranch cups are big enough to eat 6 wings for 1. The Buffalo chips are french fry soft but burnt and not spicy when you order the spicy. The lemon pepper dry rub wings were burnt and didn't taste like lemon or pepper.
Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Not as many TVs as Buffalo Wild Wings, but similar in price and twice the taste. The dry rubs of Cajun twist and Cajun dust were the best dry rubs I’ve ever tasted on wings. The lemon hotties sauce on the boneless wings was phenomenal. And the boneless wings are grilled and not breaded, and so tender. Just an amazing place.
Great place in Happy Valley to watch sports, eat some really good wings and have some "Adult Beverages" Atmosphere is great. The staff is happy and helpful. My buddies and I love going there to watch the NHL Playoffs!!!
I was not overly impressed. The food was not bad, but not what I was hoping for from a sports bar. I ordered boneless wings, and received baked chicken cut into chunks and smothered in bbq sauce. I ordered two different medium spice wings, hoping for a little bit of a kick and some fun flavor. Instead, it was quite mild and not very inspiring. Not what I expect from wings anywhere I go. The "Buffalo Chips" were not really seasoned, kinda burned, and mediocre at best. Thank goodness for the Blue Cheese dressing... The food was edible, but it was way too pricey for what I got. For $15–$20 for one meal not including drinks I expect to leave satisfied with the portions, but I found myself looking for something more to eat later that evening. The place was less than half filled, maybe 20 people total, but it took over 40 minutes for the three of us in my group to get our orders of wings delivered to the table. I went in hoping for some good grub. I left no longer hungry, but disappointed, and wishing I had gone somewhere else.
