I recently took my stepdaughter to Dr. Wings office for her first time. Lisa (the dental hygienist) did a great job at making her feel welcome and took xrays.  I took her back for some work that she needed done and Dr. Wing took his time was very gentile and took great care of her. Thank you!!!

We used Dr. Wing for my older two daughters and he was fine. My wife was able to stay in the exam room with them.  Not the case with my son.  As was the case with the other reviewer we had a problem at Dr. Wings office.  My wife asked if she could go with my son into the treatment room and was told it was Dr. Wings policy that parents could not be with their kids.  The next cleaning my wife was allowed to be in the room with him, Dr Wing said he had one cavity. We brought him for his filling and he was nervous so my wife asked the assistant  if she could go in just to calm him down.  The assistant told my wife Dr Wings policy and then asked my wife if she would like her to ask Dr. Wing again so my wife said sure.  The assistant comes back and tells my wife she can not go in, and asks if she wants another dentist referral.  My wife tells her no and he goes in for his appointment.  After the visit we get a phone call that we are getting kicked out of the practice.  We actually fought to stay as patients, Dr Wing would not make an appointment with us to talk about what was wrong. They gave us another dentist to contact.  We set up his appointment with the new dentist for 6 months later.  Now this will blow your mind...he had 6 cavities that were visible on the x-rays that Dr. Wing took, he also had an infection in his jaw that was visible on the x-ray taken at Dr. Wings 6 months before.  Dr. Wing had not forwarded the complete file to the new dentist as requested, just the most recent x-rays and notes.  The complete file is now being sent to the new dentist. Thank goodness he kicked us out, not only are his policies suspicious, his actions are over the top and his care seems to be awful.  I would not recommend Dr. Wing (we had many times in the past) I would recommend that you run, not walk as fast as you can away from his office and find a new dentist.

I took both of my kids here and the first time they let me down with my son into the treatment room..the second time my husband went with my daughter and they said he couldn't go into the treatment room. They said she had cavities and supposedly filled them..until we found out a year or so later that he never fully took all of the decay out of the teeth that he filled..which cost us an arm and a leg..shoddy office practices....never take your kids here..
