FOOD: I buy here alot and the wings are ALWAYS good and the fries are fresh and salted just right. Sandwiches not so good ...my husband hated the sandwich but each time he eats all my wings.  STAFF: We are always served by males and their customer service is superb whether in person or by phone. I once called after hours to order and the phone rang without answer. I called again and a male picked up the phone he said they were closed but he didn't want me to constantly call he wanted to just inform me of closing. THANK YOU so much sir I appreciate that. Ppl when you see the guys in person it's the same they are great.  BUTTTTT for the first time a female served us and this was minutes after opening so about 11:20am. She needs to go training to understand what customer service really is because we felt so unwelcomed and her tone was insulting and rude. She acts like a robot, she looks unhappy , she talks to you like you took her $0.25 or whooped her mamma. Wing station training is required.

Went here with my son for a late night meal. The service was great and the wings were better than expected. The drink cup size comes with the meal seams small.

Update one year later to my prior review.  The service has improved… the service has improved!!!!  When I call some always picks up the phone; they are very responsive and pay attention to detail when taking the order. The order is ready in 10-15 mins, and this time they mean it. By the time I spin over the food is done,  you are greeted warmly and you are out of there. 100% improvement in service I must say.  Job well done staff and management.  The food is  good, only room for improvement I would say is to reduce the salt as the wings are a tad bit too salty sometimes. In all fairness that’s my personal preference though  as a person that  cooks more with herbs and spices so I tend to be lighter on salt.  That aside their food is fresh, the fries are indulgent and tasty, and the wing meat has flavor when you bite past the saucy exterior into the meat itself some places tend to fry the wings bland and depend on the outer sauce to carry the flavor, not Wing Station. That honey garlic sauce, Thai chili sauce and mango habanero sauce  have the best balance of heat and flavor. My daughter likes the honey bourbon bbq because she likes spice but not too much. My son , anytime you ask him where he wants his wings from he says “ wing station” and the kid will stay dipping his wing and fries over and over again in that honey garlic sauce. And he loves the NYC subway decor cause he’s and avid train fan.  Overall good eats.  ——————————————————————  The food here is great.  The fries are always fresh, the sauces are on point and the chicken is nicely seasoned. Every Friday we would order.  I must say however the customer service has deteriorated horrendously over time. Every time we call the phone is either busy or no one answers the phone. There have been times we have hung up and called at least 10 times within the space of a half hour and been unable to get anyone. We have even been in the store and noticed employees arguing at the counter with each other about who should attend to the clients because one of the employee’s shifts is over.  Ive been in store and seen employees literally ignore the phone when it’s ringing. Not because they were making food or attending to another customer. To this end I’ve asked one the emoloyees if there was any other way to place an order besides calling in and his response was it is best to place an order in person. The few times I’ve placed an order in person it took at least 30 minutes wait because they had other orders to fill. Overall the customer order process and customer service needs a total overall at wing station. The food is excellent and the cordial customer service from Lynton was always welcoming  As a black person that would like support black businesses I hope that management will take these comments to heart and do better.  We do miss our honey garlic wings and have been forced to take our money elsewhere.

Food is good but my past 2 orders from them I received wings with feathers on them which is not so appetizing.

I hate the drinking cups they give you I hate the flavors of drinks they give you it’s the worst and I hate big wings I hate broken wings they can do better just stop being lazy and cheap y’all making the money buy some better products damn

We love the wings here but we always spend a pretty penny bc we prefer flats and if we make a regular order, we get mostly drums so we pay extra for all flats... without that then this place is great! A lil pricey but well worth it. We order from here for just about every occasion

Although they say wings are prepared especially for me, don’t believe it! Wings were hard and dry and not very tasty. I will not eat there again.

These Wings are amazing.  It's not often you can still have a crunchy well seasoned wings Buffalo style. The extra spicy was no joke but I enjoyed every bite. If you are a wing lover this is literally the place for you.  You have earn yourself a frequent customer.

Fries on point fresh & thick made to order wings the SPICE!! Is real but damn good.....had to pause my thoughts as I lick my fingers.

Best chicken in town. A lot of sauces to choose from and this place is always clean. Wing station is a different level than wing stop. Absolutely no comparison. Customer service is great. I recommend the coco Chile to anyone that like hot and sweet
