The first night our room had an air conditioner that roared like a freight train every 30 seconds for 5 seconds continuously. They gave us a new a new room which had a cockroach the size of my index finger crawling around in the bathroom. At 4:30 in the morning, water from the jacuzzi tub of the room above  started dripping from ceiling on to the foot of my bed. When I went down to the front desk the night manager didn't even apologize, however he sent up a maintenance man with a wastebasket and a plastic water pitcher to catch the water pouring from the ceiling. I hope whoever was taking that bath for well over 30 minutes at 4:30 a.m. enjoyed it. I would not recommend this hotel, it was a disaster from check-in to check-out.

A very lovely quiet clean atmosphere. The concierge has different treats for the guests. I visited one time before and they had freshly baked cookies for the taking.  There were three kinds of cookies and very delicious might I add.  I'd recommend this place as a romantic get away, a place for great sleep,  or an excellent place to conduct business.

A really nice hotel... comfortable beds and clean rooms.. I loved the fireplace in the room.. the buffet breakfast in the morning was a good breakfast a lot to choose from... we was on the first floor it was quiet only thing I did not like was no ice on the first floor only ice on the 2nd or 3rd floors.. I went to the 2nd floor and that ice machine was broke was not walking up another flight of steps the very nice housekeeper offered to go for me....

Great hotel! Nice friendly staff. Small gym and heated pool. Amazing breakfast. Nice rooms with fireplace, mini fridge and microwave. We would stay here anytime!

Experience is fine overall. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Everything is clean and the rooms were well maintained. Staff even folded some clothing items for me that I didn't expect, so that was a nice touch. The rooms themselves have some concerns. They are a bit beat up, with some holes in the carpet and the furniture/counters/doors having slight damage here and there. The TV is very small and positioned a fair distance away from the sitting area, which was unfortunate. Overall for the price paid per night it was worth it.
