While at this location my room was not cleaned. The room service lady came by the room around 2:30 pm to clean to room. My wife advised the room service lady that we will be leaving the room in 10 minutes and can she wait to clean the room once we leave so that we wouldn't be in her way. The room service lady advised my wife that she wasn't going to wait because she is about to leave and she's not going to come back and clean our room. We left the room and went to the beach. Once we got back to the room around 6:00 pm, the room was still dirty. I went to the front desk to complain, and I was advised by the front desk lady that yesterday she had several guests complained that their rooms weren't cleaned. My wife advised me that she was told by the front desk that refused room service. If asking you to wait 10 minutes is refusing then my wife was wrong for asking her to wait.

Overall the hotel is very nice. Rooms were very clean and had a lot of amenities for hooking up various electronic devices. Beds were comfortable. Staff was always friendly. They had an indoor pool. The bathroom was clean and satisfactory but could have used a little work. There was a long crack in the sink and the caulking around the bathtub needed to be redone but otherwise good. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was satisfactory. Good selections and what one would typically see. Obviously not as good as a sit-down restaurant where you can order off the menu but all in all good.

Great place to stay! Wife and I enjoyed the spa, sauna and indoor pool (even tho it was cold considering it said it was heated)

Room smelled, from the air conditioner. Breakfast was a big disappointment! When I took the kids down to eat, there was no waffle mix in the machine. Told them to get a bowl of cereal, then was told the hotel was totally out of milk. Most of the food bins were empty! No sausage. No eggs. The lady at the front desk was on her phone! 👎

Loved it except the pool was a little cloudy and to cool for me to go in. The hot tube was great. The room was clean and kept that way everyday. It is not a fancy place but I wouldnt mind staying again. The staff was helpful, but the breakfast could have been a little better. Does have a safe in the room as well as a coach and chairs area. The only problem we had was a noisy toilet! Plenty of parking including 4 handicap places out front.
