Wingate built us a  1000 square foot Guest House on our property.  The whole house took about 6 months.  Any questions or issues that arose were always answered.   We are very happy the way the house came out.  We had a few bumps in the road (mostly the rain), but everything went very well.

Thank you so much for the great job!  TL made sure everything was done perfectly.  We never complained about anything but if TL saw the tiniest flaw he would make sure it was redone the right way.  We appreciate how honest and upfront he was with us.  We would definitely recommend him to others looking for a contractor.

Contracted with Wingate Corp. to remodel and beautify our commercial property. Work was conducted in high workmanship quality and exceeded our expectations by far. From Communication to cleanliness TL himself and his crew were excellent throughout the entire process and went above and beyond what they had to. We will certainly be contracting with Wingate Corporation, LLC again in the future for all of our construction needs and recommend this company highly to anyone looking for their services.

Again and again we reached out to Tim Wingate for expansion, remodeling, or restoration projects at our home. Each time, Mr. Wingate has proved his services in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.  The outcome has always been great. Which is why we keep requesting his service.  He has demonstrated time and time again a comprehensive knowledge of his trade and his prices are fair.
Our latest need included a remodel and repair of an upstairs bathroom.  The finish product is very satisfactory and we would recommend his company to anyone.
