Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the customer service provided. The staff, particularly an employee named Jordan, exhibited behavior that was not only unwelcoming but also bordered on arrogance.  Despite being well-behaved and polite, I found the responses from the staff to be consistently rude and unhelpful. It's disheartening when a place known for its hospitality falls short in delivering a positive customer experience.  I believe constructive feedback is crucial for improvement, and I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly. My visit left me questioning the quality of customer service at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I hope that steps are taken to rectify this issue.

Was there at 11:30 a.m. for 3 minutes and no one was sitting me and this other guy down. Just to be seated and asked what kind of drink. The employees were ignoring us. So I went else where in the mall and was immediately seated and served. Like how it should be in a none busy time.

I don't know why I even bother. Service is horrible. The waitress gave me a completely different order. And when I asked about it she rolled her eyes. I keep giving  them the benefit of the doubt but I think i'm done. Never got a refill on drinks. When I finally got her attention She would drop it off Not say a word and walk off. I ate Something I didn't order. I Was polite said thank you She didn't even acknowledge that. I waited thirty minutes to be seated and there is literally six people people  in there. Apparently they know nothing about customer service. Manager no where to be found. Paid $80 for things I didn't order. NEVER AGAIN

Placed an online order and it said it was gonna be ready at 3 . I walked in was told it wasn’t ready and I waited 18 minutes to get my food .  A kind worker at this location saw me . he wasn’t around the area I was waiting in at all he was working so I guess when he was done doing what he had to do he saw me waiting as he was walking towards me and asked what my name was right away and he went to the back and brought it out ASAP . Like if that dude never asked for my name I’m sure I would’ve waited longer .. you guys suck . Why give a time and not deliver at the time given . OH AND ON TOP OF THAT YOU GUYS FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY FRIES… smh

Ordered 10 wings, 2 mild sauces, got a baker with 10 wings all in some pepper spicy sauce. Then they wanted me to pay for the wings. Did not get them replaced, paid for the rest of the meal and leftFood: 1/5

I normally don’t leave reviews but this is the second time ordering from this place for delivery and they never season their wings properly or get the right order. It seems like they just place the wings in the to-go container and sprinkle seasoning from the top. Mind you that the bottom half of the wings aren’t even seasoned. Last order I got, there was a chicken that seemed bitten.  They also include containers of ranch that is not even a quarter full. Everybody loves wings. Even the chef. So please make them properly.

Saturday night, seated right away, Nicolas, our server brought out drinks right away, food came out at a more than reasonable time.  Wings were crispy yet tender and delicious  Our server was attentive but not overbearing  Best experience at a BWW  Shout out to Nicolas

I was just there and either the bartender has no clue on how to multi task or shes on her first day. I wasnt ready to order so i asked for a drink menu but she decided to talk with her coworkers and make up another customers drink instead of just simply handing me  menu so i can decide what I want to order. The bartenders that worked there before covid are deeply missed. I hardly come here at all anymore and this new bartender makes me not want to come at all anymore.

Very friendly people here and Great service. The only bad thing is I got food poisoning. I started throwing up non stop in the restroom. The food was great but the other bad thing is that they got my order wrong.Food: 3/5

Place could use a deep washing of a "smells good cleanser". Interesting residue smell among the place. Like a barback smell, not in a good way smell, Like a moldy smell, like a wash tablecloth that needs to be cleaned smell. A little off putting for eat dine in experience. Sat on the east wall, south side of behind the waiter work station.
