Food is good, but very poor customer service. We placed an order over the phone and when we got there, we waited another 10 minutes for our order. Then when we got home the whole order was wrong. So we called and and the lady said “don’t come here if you’re not satisfied.” I’m sorry but that is not something you should say to a customer who has been going there a lot. Unfortunately not the first bad experience, and not the first time with the lady. Very disappointing.

Really good wings (boneless are a little great but not too bad), nice people and a very reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more from a Wingstop

One of the best places to get wings in Temecula in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and are helpful if it’s your first time eating there.

Pre-ordered online, checked in with the girl at the register, got our drinks and were waiting patiently. The time the email said they would be done came and went so I stood at the front again wondering if the order was done. They were and were in the bag just sitting there. No one called out the order. I had to try to get the cooks attention to see if that was my order. It was and then he had to repack the bag for some reason. There was a lady in the front that also had the same thing happen who had been sitting in there since we arrived. The place wasn't even busy. Barely not just 1 star because the cook made the wings really well.
