They are very quick on regular days. I have only tried a few of their flavors and stuck to what I like. The fries are really good and seasoned well most times. I wouldn't eat their too often though. Parking and driving their can be a nightmare to the point where you might not even want to go there but luckily they deliver.

chicken was not done all the way! I paid $40 today for nothing could of spent my money else where! That man is so disrespectful and nasty I feel he should not be working in that environment! They lie about giving sauce and rob you of the amount of chicken you order with old carrots! I will never spend my money in that place again!

I decided to stop in this Wingstop to redeem my birthday coupon for free large fries. Before I could even open my mouth, the cashier was already asking me what I wanted to order so I let her take my order before I finally got a chance to ask if my coupon was accepted. Since there NEVER seems to be a manager here, she had to call offsite to get denial or approval of my offer. Of course, it wasn't accepted and I definitely wasn't going to spend $8.59 plus tax for eight wings without fries and having to wait for slow service, I promptly cancelled my order.  Bottom line, if you want faster service and looking to redeem any promotions, find another Wingstop!

The young lady at the register was very rude. She did not read the order well, and then blamed it on me! I gave her the sheet to reread the order that she screwed up on, and belittle me. No sorry, just an attitude, the same attitude she gave all the other customers.

Made an online order and they forgot one of my 2 order of wings. They then refused to grant me a refund or replace the missing food. The man on the phone was also very rude and combative throughout the whole scenario.
