I ordered our Super Bowl dinner 3 hours ahead of time for 240. I didn’t get it until 320. RIDICULOUS. The staff was very very rude as well, they stated “it’s Super Bowl, you have to deal with the wait” no apologies, no nothing. Even though we were promised 240pm! I would have got pizza and not spent so much money at this place. We will not be going back. The disrespectful and rudeness from the staff acting like they don’t care did it for us!

I order boneless wings with mango habanero sauce and it was disappointing. It’s sweet rather than spicy. And the fries are super salty.Food: 1/5

Ordered food for my kids online and got quoted 3-8 minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, they pulled my order off the call in order shelf. The order had been ready the entire time, 6 employees leaning, snacking and joking around with their hands in their pockets handling a single order every 10 minutes couldn't figure out that I was there for an order they put on the wrong shelf an hour ago. Needless to say, my kids' food was cold and soggy. Nothing more than a "so sorry" was offered as I left. The cashier even refused to give me a paper receipt. I dont eat here, but the kids wanted it, and I thought I would bring something home that would make them happy. Instead, my kids went to bed upset.

The place just opened up an hour ago no rush or nothing was going on I was there first person to take an order tell me why the whole place was disgusting looks like last night crew didn’t even clean up or nothing floor was sticky cribs all over the floors just dirty and than one of the workers smelt so bad he smelt just like arm pits and they had him do my food while he was smelling that bad.  But the service he was so nice it’s just he smelt bad and the place was dirty.

The place was bare and unpersonalable. But the staff was friendly when you could catchsomeoneto speak to.  There was no garbage in site, so I wasn't sure where to throw my dine in food away. The rest room was clean.Food: 5/5

I have to admit that I'm a bit surprised by some of these review, except for wait times. Expected order time is all over the place: might be right on the nose or you'll be waiting for 30 minutes. I've had food from here via both pickup and delivery,the other night was the latter. The order was on time and was absolutely delicious! The parmesan is so wonderful, the wings are so crispy, and everything was packaged well. You might want to ask for the fries to be "extra done" it really adds a nice texture, and if you're ordering delivery, they will still be tasty when they arrive. Now, if we're being honest, their ranch is really what holds this place together. The recipe was surely sent from the gods for us to enjoy with dismantled chickens. Don't miss out. I will admit that I think a "large" fries should definitely be filled up a little more, it's a slight problem. I'll make sure this place stays in my rotation of "treat myself" takeout places.

I love the wings here. The blue cheese dressing is the best around! Didn’t like the lemon pepper flavor. It was fake lemon and almost no pepper. I will still go back.Update: I came in and ordered 15 wings to go. Not a customer in the place. It has been 25 mins and still waiting. I get it, they prioritize pick up orders, but I have only seen 2 so far. At one point, there was nobody in view and it smelled like weed. This place could be ran way more efficient.I see all the recent negative reviews, not sure why. Restaurants can be off once in a while. I walked in earlier this week and received my wings Togo in 18 mins. It was about 4:30pm, a busy time. I like this location! They might get high, but they are on point and very nice.

I’m not usually one to complain, but my order was recently super terrible.i ordered 40 lemon pepper wings and 1 large fry. The family pack. The wings tasted over cooked and were not seasoned lemon pepper at all. They were so bland. Also the fries were completely raw/ undercooked. I waited 20 minutes on the phone before I could speak with anyone. Take a look at this wing. No seasoning or even pepper on it.

@teresabliving One of my favorite fast food places. Lemon pepper dry rub all day! Crunchy, crispy, salty, lemon flavored heat. Their kitchen is literally a row of fryer baskets. I a had mango habenero, BBQ, medium, and garlic parm and I go back to lemon pepper everytime. If I want some heat, I'll toss them in Frank's Buffalo Sauce at home. Fries are decent but usually cold by the time I get home and I toss them in the air frier for a 5 minutes if I'm eating fries they won't be cold and soggy. It beats the time it takes me to bake and grill wings at home. A bit spendy: 20 wings, fries, and celery is $37.  We always order classic which do take 25-30 minutes so I ALWAYS ORDER AHEAD. I have yet to have any service issues. I even chose delivery this time via their website and it was delivered by a Postmates driver, 50 minutes to Gladstone.
