Soooo I love wings....who doesn't right! It was my birthday and I was in Orlando for a couple weeks and wanted to try a wing place that is not around where I live. So I chose Wingstop as it was the closest one to where I was staying. I decided I wanted to dine in. Which it also happen to be national wing day so not sure if they were busy due to that or just normally busy. But when we walked in they stated 45 min wait. I said that is fine as gives me time to hang out with my kids while on vacation here. So we sat at a table. During the next 45 minutes I heard the people quote different times between 45 min down to 20-25 min for wait time. But I decided I would wait the 45. Welp 50 min went past and no food. My husband had went next door to the pool table area during part of it and had come back and jokingly stated there were wings for free next door. I told him no I want to try these. I told him the time so he checked on it since we were past the 45 min. They did not have the order anywhere. The good thing sorta for us but sucked for anyone else standing in line is they stopped everyone else ordered to make ours. So they did take care of it right away. As for the taste, I would not say is is like the fresh chicken you get from the store and bake....rather it tasted like the frozen bags of wings you get from a store and just dip them in sauce. So not a wow factor for the taste. I tried the BBQ, their hot, the lemon pepper and the Hawaiian. All just tasted like frozen wings that were warmed up and then dipped. The fries were crispy and tasty! $60 worth
I went to wing stop to get 2 kinds of wings. One with mango habanero and cajun. This is the 10 boneless wing combo. The spiciest wings are a little much for me , but the wings are good and the meal I believe comes with some fries. I ordered this meal and the price is very good for a chain. The sauce options are very good. I think you can get them without sauce and dip the wings in whatever sauce you want. Wingstop has good customization options for the wings. I do recommend
To the two that was working around 5 today for you two because even though were busy they still got my order right and on time! And the food was amazing. This is my favorite wingstop to go to.
Oh my gosh, I have never had such an awful experience with someone as I just had at this wingstop. First time at this location, but love the food generally. We go in and before we can say anything, the girl working the register just said, "30 minute wait. And we don't have ranch or blue cheese" I asked why it was a 30 minute wait and this girl had the audacity to give me attitude and looked around saying, "um, we're busy?" when there were literally no other customers in the restaurant. It was evident to me and my husband that she just didn't want to work and was going to try and do everything in her power to convince us not to eat there. There's just no excuse for how we were treated. You can say, "hey I'm so sorry guys, but I do want to let you know we have a big order and it'll be a 30 minute wait", but she was so nasty about it. When I looked behind the counter, there were four employees just hanging out looking at a microwave with confusion. What a tarnish on the wingstop brand. Never going here again.
The pictures speak for themselves. The only thing I will add is that the manager was emailed and called weeks ago and still no reply.
My order was missing ranch so I called the store , store manager asked if I could come back since it was a large ranch and as he stated can’t have the meal without the amazing ranch from wingstop. When I arrived he also gave my son a brownie as an extra for the drive! Always pleased with this wingstop!
Store hours says it closes at 12 but they stop serving at 11. I tried to place an order online and couldn't. Went in person to order only to see their cash registers opened and the crew just hanging around in the back with everything looking like it was preclosed. I asked to talk to the manager and Truly said she was not taking order even though the store hours says midnight. I'll just be sure not to recommend this Wingstop to anyone.
Really fast service! The gentleman behind the counter was super kind and our food was served in under 20 minutes. The food was nice and HOT and tasted fresh! First time at Wingstop and will be going back!
Typical experience that you get at most Wingstop's. HORRIBLE! they gave my food to someone else, argued with me as to why they should remake it, then of course was the additional wait time of 25+ minutes for the food to get ready again and all of that with terrible customer serviceFood: 1/5
Terrible service i ordered my food at 10pm and waited inside until 11:47pm and they never made my food had to ask for refund they forgot to make my order and laughed about it like if that was funny. Will never go back or recommend. Will tell everyone to not go there.
