Service was faster than before, food Is delicious. I think this place is under new management. We used to have to wait forever to get our food, but today was fast and the staff is a lot friendlier. I tried out the new chicken sandwich. Good job Wingstop!

Was really looking forward to their wings.  Got three different types.  Both of the dry rubs were ok, nothing special and more disappointing than satisfying.  Their regular buffalo sauce were a little better but nothing special.   The shocking thing was that spending 45 dollars on wings and if you want dipping sauce it is still going to cost around $6 for one large ranch or blue cheese.  Outrageous.

Although the chicken is good, it sucks that this is currently the only wingstop location around because they have repeatedly shown bad customer service, disregard for the customers in the store, and crazy long wait times. The most recent time ordering from this location it took 40 minutes from ordering to getting our food. I also saw 5 employees at the cash registers talk to one another for 5 minutes while ignoring the growing crowd of customers in front of them. This is sad because other locations of wingstop that I have been to have been fast and efficient and I have had no customer service issues.

The wings are the best I’ve had in town thus far absolutely delicious. Besides that the location is convenient but they often run out of the bone in chicken wings. It takes quite a while to wait for a fresh batch of wings but it is always worth it. You must get the sweet fries they do so good.

STOP  Take the wing out of your name and call it Stop. Wings should be treated with care. This place is a joke. Parish has way better wings and faster service even dining in. Worst customer service I ever had experienced. Ignore this place.

Longest wait ever. Order a hour ahead and I bet it won't be ready. Finally when they called my name the fries were all cold. Sandwiches not even labeled. Step y'all game up!

They are doing their best, but after ordering and extra charges I ended up with the wrong food and none of the extras I paid for. Too hungry to take it back.Food: 3/5

thought i reviewed this back last year from end of winter/beginning of spring. well, when i came i had my order fine. just cause it was a simple combo meal. wings were ok and fries were goodat that time. now i dont know if ill come and get some wings now after the review is getting mixed feeling. we'll see.  9/6/22: yea i guess from doing online orders, its faster...they need to be aware and balance out the difference of the online and walk ins. the timeline is crucial. at the same time, people ordering online are abusing the system and aint giving other customers there fair play in ordering...all yall are fucknuts.

Can’t believe i keep coming back, only reason is because you’re the only wing place in SC but I’ve had enough ordered 2 all in bundle and was missing 6 tenders one of the workers had the audacity for the other 3 tenders to replace them as boneless wings then when i got a refund for the missing 6 i only got 6$ out of the 50$ bill… yeah never eating there again and will never recommend this to anyone

I feel bad for the employees here. The management is obviously horrible. The place is dirty and extremely understaffed. When I went there there were two people working one on the register and one making the wings. Give the workers a break and don’t go here.
