The wings were absolutely fantastic. The manager with the long hair and sleeve was extremely helpful and made sure my order was perfect. If I worked at Michelin I’d give it a star. 5/5
I got the parm garlic boneless wings combo. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The staff working were super friendly and welcoming. 11/10 will visit again.
Went to this Wingstop for the first time today and the experience was great. The food was ready right when they said it would be, the service was very friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious! I got lemon pepper and lemon garlic wings - the flavors were great and the ranch is the perfect dipping sauce. I will definitely be back soon!
They were really busy, so I'm glad I put in an online order. This was my first time going to wing stop. I tried their new chicken sandwiches. Garlic parmesean, lemon pepper, and Cajun. All which were really good. The bun wasn't the best, I think wing stop should consider a different choice for the bun they use for the sandwiches. The staff also forgot the pickels on the sandwiches, so I had to ask for some. The food was fresh. The staff was okay. I approached the side of the counter after I sat down with my food to ask for pickles, but no one acknowledged me. So I eventually politely said excuse me, and someone just walked by me, so I said it again and a girl stopped, but it was pretty clear she didn't want to. I think the food is reasonably priced too, which is a plus. I'll be back for the food, but definitely not the service.
My experience with this Wingstop was not a good one. My order was wrong, the store was not clean. I can’t speak on the taste of the food because they were unable to correct the issue with my order so I cancelled it and won’t be returning. I do know that this particular Wingstop won’t last, if management doesn’t get in there and get the employees under control. I was not the only customer that had to return because of an incorrect order. I think if the place was cleaned up and the staff did a little less talking and playing around that orders could be correct. Also cleanliness and the appearance of any establishment is important and I would give this one zero stars.
I was surprised by this place. I love the Cajun corn and I really love the sauces and varieties of sauces. Korean bbq and Cajun Dry Rub are my two favorites. Really great prices all around. Oh and if you like good fries, try the Voodoo fries if you are a fan of spicy.Food: 5/5
This was not a stellar experience. I placed my online order at 6:30pm, and the email stated it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived at the location at 7:00pm and did not receive my order until 7:30 pm. Thankfully our order was correct but the wait time was unacceptable. There was one young woman who I give credit to. I saw her cooking wing, taking orders, packing orders, all while washing her hands in-between. She had told her coworkers multiple times to get off their phones and they ignored her. I saw one young man open the freezer and stand in front of it on his phone for 2 minutes before getting anything out. I understand how they are a newly opened location but wating an hour from the time of order is just too much. Will not be coming back. Sticking to the location at 12 and Dequinder for now. I really hope that one young woman gets a raise and a better team. Parking: Parking is a right in front but not a lot of space.
Ordered from here a few days ago and had a very poor experience. The order preppers were putting bags on the completed shelves and not telling anyone. I asked the cashier to check a bag for me and she assured me multiple times it wasn't mine and she "wouldn't have me standing there if my order was up". 7 minutes later I asked her if she could check on the prep line for my order, well she couldn't find it because it was the completed order on the shelf I asked her to check now 9 minutes ago. And while I was waiting, the tall curly haired guy working the fryers kept eating fries out of the stainless steel bowl he was adding newly cooked fries to and serving customer fry orders out of. He did this at least 7 or 8 times. It wasn't busy at all but my overall time to get my one 10 piece combo order was about 40 minutes. And 20 of that was standing in the lobby waiting after giving them my name when I walked in.
I was expected to get my delivery at 5pm today. I ended up falling asleep hard after work and just got up at 7pm, delivery waiting at my door, and it was still CRISPY. I got a dry rub, thank god, but I can’t believe it tastes like it’s 20 minutes old not 2 hours. Best location I’ve had so far.
Giving a 4/5 simply due to the fact that the wings just aren’t what I would call high quality. They are very fatty and sometimes even grissly. They are still good when dipped in copious amounts of ranch but I like my wing dings to be mostly chicken, not fat. If you want better quality wings I’d order from Its Just Wings on DoorDash. The only thing I’d say is that wingstop has better flavors/more variety but the quality of chicken is definitely lacking. Overall it’s not bad tho. The fried corn is good. The ranch is the good ranch.
