I’ve had two horrible experiences experiences ordering from here and will never order again, I can’t believe I’ve wasted so much money here to not even get my order correct. The two times Ive ordered they forget more than half the of the food that I PAID for. This is extremely upsetting that I wasted money and time here. I suggest any future customers considering this location expecting a good meal to turn around and pick somewhere else.

There was missing food in my order. I’m extremely disappointed that for a new business they can’t even answer the phone. The service is not up to par and employees need more guidance on how to pack orders and double check to ensure the quantity customers are paying for is being provided. I payed way too much to be short changed. Unacceptable!!!!

The girl that works there with glasses is very nice but they are horrible  as far as the food and the service I ordered 10 piece wings with with fries and I actually had a GrubHub order so I decided to order some for myself and came back about 10 minutes later and the food that the chicken was very dry. The fries are very very hard I’m a be honest I don’t see them staying in business for much longer.

Horrible customer service. The workers have terrible attitude when you’re placing your order and they seem like they don’t care to even work. Took over 1 hour for a 6 piece wing combo and not the mention while waiting two of the workers just left the kitchen and sat down to eat acting like 10 people weren’t waiting for their order.

Good food, terrible service. Placed order online, and waited until it said ready for pick up, went there and had to wait an additional 30 minutes while people coming in AFTER me got their orders faster. Maybe don’t hire little high schoolers as your employees?

Staff is a bunch of rude teenagers who all need to be fired. Worst service I have ever received. Soda was flat. Chichen was cold and soggy. Employees too busy dancing and singing to care about the place. Find somewhere else to eat. This place is trash.

I went into this wingstop and was helped by Tatianna. She said she would take care of me and she definitely delivered! She made by far the best wings, I’ve ever had at wingstop. I regret not tipping her…. But she’s definitely who I will be requesting when I go back.

No disrespect but they need new staff. Second time going there and i had to wait 40 minutes for my food, and the guy behind me got his food before me. The cashiers were all talking loud and sitting down and eating at the dining area in the corner while every one is waiting for their food. Then when i got my food, my fries were so soggy like they didnt fry it enough. Very unprofessional and i was just annoyed.

The staff was very nice!! Shout out to Italy, im probably wrong about her name..the young lady at the counter with the braces was awesome!! I was highly disappointed with the food. I spent too much money for such an outcome .

This is the worst place ever. 0 stars. I was there last night. Waiting 50 mins. They was fighting between worker and customer. 3 of the workers took breaks to go smoke while we all waited. Ghetto place. They need to be retrained. It should be 0 star.
