This wing stop is so disappointing. Their quality control is awful. I have gotten more orders that have been incorrect than correct  since they opened. My orders are either missing something short wing count, missing dip, missing veggies or fries .. something, or something is made incorrectly not what I ordered or just not to recipe. I was so excited when Wing Stop came to town we ate there all the time in ABQ . At first I was giving them the benefits of the doubt that maybe it was just growing pains and training..... But if anything , the quality control issues have just gotten worse.

Our bbq and lemon pepper boneless wings were delicious and perfectly made as well as the chicken sandwich and fries.

I'm so happy that Ridgecrest, CA now has a Wing Stop!  This an AMAZING restaurant for GREAT chicken wings yummy fries and other sides! They also have beer, too!  Ridgecrest locals, if you've never had chicken wings from Wing Stop, you're missing out! Stop in and try the "Original Hot" or "Barbecue"! You'll return again and again! They have catering and party option wings, check out their "To Go" menu!

Wings original and parmesan are good, though the parmesan could have used more seasoning and the wings were partially overcooked.  Ordered online, had a 15 minute wait time, arrived on time, and the wings were ready to pick up. Customer service is fantastic.  I recently tried their chicken thighs and they were really good. I ordered through the app and the food was hot and ready when I went to pick it up.

Too much breading that tries to cover up the fact that there isn't very much chicken. Employees are impatient and not very helpful if you aren't familiar with the menu. Too expensive for what you get

This was our second attempt with Wingstop. It was a no-contact delivery, but our doorbell never rang and we never heard a knock. I only checked because of the text I got  asking for a review of my experience.  The most edible thing we ordered were the vegetable sticks. The 2nd most edible were the rolls. Fries were floppy and sugary. Least edible, actually inedible, were the thigh bites with the Louisiana Dry Rub basically just tons of salt; they were drenched in oil and grease.  If you want wings, hit up any of the pizza chains. You'll be better off.

Boyfriend and I ordered a number 2 combo and about 3 wings in we wondered why they were so tender. We realized they were completely raw on the inside and out. We asked for a refund and the employee was rude and didn’t apologize at all. She said, “I don’t even know how this happened.” My boyfriend has to travel tomorrow for work and I really hope we do not get salmonella or food poisoning. It is their job to know how to cook chicken thoroughly in a restaurant that serves mostly chicken.

Got three different flavours. The rub was great and they cooked the extra crispy well.  Their sauce were very sugary and were sitting in a pool of sauce which made the wings soggy after the first 2 wings.  Massive portions.  Prices can vary depending on what you order but 15 euro a person I'd say is normal.

Picked up a boneless wing combo for my girlfriend and myself on 4/8/22 and after the third piece, wondered why they were so soft.  Raw. Served raw on the inside chicken. 45 minute wait, and served raw chicken.  We got a refund, but no apology. Worker there claimed “I don’t even know how that’s possible.”

Staff very cooperative. Clean restaurant. Food quality good. Taste delicious.
