An normal visit to an fastfood restaurant. -Well cooked. - tasty flavors For me I enjoyed the boneless chicken. Would I go back? Although not a frequent flyer. Yes I would go back. Would I recommend? Yes. Parking is cluttered when busiest, however, yes.
Young, unprofessional employees. Had an issue with a female employee with pink hair and I wanted a refund. Literally had to scream for help since all the 7 employees were in the kitchen standing around. Definitely need more training. And to top it off, my fries were soggy and cold

Food is freezer cold. For future customers so I ordered 10 wings takeout paid at register host Arely who told me that it would take approximately 18 minutes for wings to be ready I told her it' was fine ok I will wait. Ordering time was 4:44pm and I decided to pick up food around 5pm which was perfect since food was ready. I grabbed the bag walk to my car and decided to eat a wing the worst wings experience ice cold as if they had given me what was sitting for half Day or so. Went back inside to talk to server nowhere to be found maybe shift changed so I talked to Restaurant manager who offered new wings I told her that I had already waited 15 to 18 minutes for wings and I wouldn't do it again for cold food. I walked away no refund but above all never again will I stop at a wing stop again.
I ORDER 10 PIECE W/ FRIES AND A SODA THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY SELL 10 PIECE NO THE COMBO BUT THE AD IS ON THE WALL ,10 PIECE FRIES AND SODA FOR $14,99!!!!!!!!!
WINGSTOP is one of favorites. Although I wish they had more side options I'm usually full off the wings anyway. The Lynwood location has friendly staff and shorter wait times in my experience. 8/10 definitely recommend. Parking: Parking is terrible at this location. There are too many stores but limited parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.
The female employee that handed me my food on 3/28 @ 10:15 pm was super rude and unpleasant. Definetly going to a different location now It's not the customers fault you dislike your job.
I love coming to this wing stop because it’s close to my house but I am upset at the fact that they charge me twice for a $60 dollar order I told her I purchased one order of 50 wings and the maneger Julia had the nerve to tell me oh this always happens your not the first person it happens to I won’t be able to give a refund till you call the bank and tell them that they charge me twice like wth this just literally upset me smh never coming here
Employees playin around and not paying attention to the customers. I had to wait for them to stop playing clap hands and just standing around for them to ask for my name for pickup…. Not sure why I have to feel like I’m interrupting just for wanting to pick up my order.
I' just placed an order to go and requested to use the restroom then employee tells me, restroom is not working, I asked is do to covid-19 or is not working? she answers is not working. If I' knew that, I' would have ordered from a place where At least they have a restroom available, I' travel to different sites for work and order meals, my suggestion: update your Webb to let customers know when your restrooms are out of service or you are not opening them due to covid, this way we can decide if we want to order from you or not, in the meant time I' ll ask before ordering, making sure who provides better value for my "Buck".....
