Came here on Thursday night around 9pm. There were a few orders ahead, so it took almost 20min to get my chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted juicy. Their ranch dressing is amazingly matched with its spicy sauce. The Korean spicy bbq sauce is not spicy for me. I may try higher spicy level.Food: 4/5

Ordered delivery online. They forgot half the order. when calling in to either get a refund or have them bring the other half they said they can’t do that. The only way we could get the other half of the order was to drive and pick it up. The whole reason I was ordering delivery was because I’ve been drinking and driving was not an option. On the bag it says it says Jaila made the order. She was also the one on the phone who was rude about the situation. Also only half the food was in Togo boxes and the rest was in paper food boats uncovered. We will never order from this location again and Jaila should fired.

The absolute worst Wing stop in Columbus! Service is horrible, staff are as rude as it gets, food is cooked in old grease, they forget half of your order, they never answer their phone, they ignore every customer that walks up to the counter, they are overly focused on ignoring the customers, they blame doordashers for spilled blue cheese in a bag even though the bag is stapled, no dry seasoning on their wings just grease and never tell you when they are out of ranch! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star for the review but they deserve nothing. I have never experienced such trash customer service in my life. HIGHLY do not recommend going to this wing stop!

Two ladies on a Thursday lunch rush, and they pumped these orders out like no one’s business. I could tell they were busy because they didn’t stop moving for a second. While other customers were clearly frustrated and impatient, I was still greeted with a huge smile and wonderful attitude. I waited 11 minutes in the middle of a rush for some hot and fresh wings, I’ll be back for sure : They even remembered to give extra ranch

I spent $40 on food and contacted customer service and received $10 back after I placed my order I arrived late… still had to wait 40 minutes for my food to be prepared. I watched the manager comp the lady’s food in front of me who arrived after me but was very unapologetic to me. By time I got my food everything was burned.Food: 1/5

The food is ok here but if you want to wait over 30+ minutes for food you ordered online ahead of time this is the right place. Super loud music and managers just standing around while staff is overworked with orders.Food: 3/5

Placed an online order, ordered two 5 piece tender combos, 7 piece tenders, One 10 boneless wing combo, fries were to be well done and they were so soggy and just looked grey. Drink machine was down, the workers wore no gloves and hair was out waving around. I have gone to this one multiple times and this is the worse service I have ever had.

Very happy with my experience. One of my favorite locations, even though they're very busy the staff is always cheerful. Very friendly and welcoming!Food: 5/5
