There was a younger girl there that helped with my order. I think her name was Aaliyah. She was friendly, and very helpful. I have never visited a Wing Stop before, but I'd come back again just to see great employees like her!! Five Star   Kid-friendliness: Aaliyah was a sweetheart to my chatty son!

The garlic Parmesan is good.  and the Naddy the manager is accommodating. Good customer service and fresh food.

I hope we can rate this establishment with no stars. Some places just shouldn't come to the hood. The whole order was drenched in oil!! It was pools of oil in the container and the bags. It was like a whole bottle of baby oil worth. Absolutely Disgusting!!! They took greasy to a whole new level!! On top of that Chicken had no flavor. Wasted so much money!! Please don't order here unless you ran out of lotion, lip gloss, & hair oil! I'm officially going vegan after this experience.

First time at this location.  The boneless wings were very good.  At other locations, they were always sitting in a pool of grease.  Not at this location. They were cooked perfectly and not greasy at all.   Good job.Food: 5/5

I called over the phone to place a order. The cashier answered the phone with an attitude then told me I couldn’t mix and match a 10 piece and they offer it regularly, even on the app. Her exact words were “the register don’t do that”. She need not be on the register. When I asked for a manger, I was told there was no manager available.

The fries are so cheesy and fresh. Best in class

Rude cashier. Answered the phone with a nasty attitude. She didn’t get the order correct and she lied about the location having a limited edition flavor. When I arrived, I noticed the location did in fact serve the “Carolina gold” sauce. I asked the cashier why was I misinformed over the phone and she had nothing to say. The manager was very professional and efficient, but I didn’t get his name.

I ordered 16 bone in wings I got 16 bones of feathers cooked wing hardly flavor and rubbery the best thing was the celery and blue cheese Which still was a little watery for blue cheese dressing Pluck the wings fry them until they are crispy and add flavor and salt

They gave me fries that were as hard as a brick, ive went their couple of times before and I get my fries cold, and I’m always missing wings. I really recommend going to Matteson instead.

So I initially placed a order on line but I did it for the wrong store I wanted to pick up in Matteson so I call the Chicago heights store to inform them of my mistake and spoke with the manager Nadie and he ensured me that I would get a refund in 24 hours now even though I didn’t get that refund when I was told I would I still give this store 5  because I called and let them know I never received the refund and I was able to get my order replaced fast and he gave great customer service and then some . I’ll be back … the fries
