The service here was pretty good and everyone was nice but my food wasn’t the best. My fries were super salty and soggy. My wings looked like they weren’t tossed in sauce and just thrown in the container with some sauce.
OMG, Finally a store that's cooking to order, fresh hot perfect nice juicy wings.Not Sawdust nor Rayford, 242, Woodlands Pkwy,Kuykendahl or Spring Stubner can stand up to West Lake Houston Pkwy you guys do a wonderful job on doing what wingstop is all about fresh cooked food all these other places are serving preheld dry wings. Please keep up the good work... I was a long way from home however I'm very happy we stopped in.

This place does not deserve a one star review but the system they use for delivery is so garbage that I can’t just let this continue. Someone needs to read this and fix the delivery system. They forced me to call doordash when they got my order wrong and they have no idea how to refund you if your online order is messed up. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone trying to fix a $28 order and that’s unacceptable! You should know your customer service. You should understand the technology you use! This is money for Christ sake! No business should be open that doesn’t understand their cash flow and market. Your product was faulty and it was your job to fix it. Not mine. The food, delicious. I recommend going to the establishment instead of ordering online. If you’re going to join the online delivery craze, do it right or don’t do it at all. Educate yourself then train your employees.
Unbelievable. Received my to go order with burnt fries. Why would they even give this to out.
I have been ordering for quite some time from this Wingstop and never had an issue with my order. Until 9.18.22 I was out of town for work and my 2 kids stayed back home and I wasn’t there to feed them, teenagers and 2 older adults that didn’t have a car at the time they stayed at my house.I ordered enough food for everyone 24 pieces and when it was delivered they only received 10 wings like someone needs to be held accountable for taking away from my order that I payed to be delivered. This is so embarrassing that you can’t even trust these “Door Dash” services for once that you need them. My last resort is to have food delivered and one time happens to me. This is so upsetting!!
The best well done and wet cajun wings I have had in forever! Big and tasted perfect. They even let me request them well done and wet when I called after placing my order on doordash. Great customer service. Thank you!
Kids playing on phones and with friends visiting the store. Not paying attention to when order is ready. I checked in and they never let me know when my food was ready. Worker ran from behind the counter to hug and pick up friend, run outside then come back in without washing her hands. Order said ready in 18-23 minutes and it was not. I walked out the door at 9:45
Made an order through the wingstop appl not doordash appl Sept 2nd. Said it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery- okay great plus it is a Friday. I checked the appl frequently to see the process, and it is moving right along. Come 5 minutes before it is scheduled to deliver I get a notice that the delivery is canceled. And I check online and it says my order been delivered. I called wingstop and the girl can not find my order, hangs up on me. I call back, same young lady answered again, she does apologize for the hang up. Finally finds my order says that delivery is 2 1/2 hours and they didn't even start making the order. If I wanted for them to still make my order it would be an additional 2 1/2 hour wait, so no! Absolutely not, I've already waited nearly an hour, so they cancel my order. My account has already been charged for this order so I ask to speak to the manager to make sure I get my money back and he said they're behind on orders, have over 100 people in the lobby waiting for orders and another manager working at home to refund everyone. He took my name & number said he'd call me back with my refund confirmation. No call back. I called back Saturday afternoon and I'm told if I ordered online it will take at least 7 days to refund. If they have more orders then they can handle then they should not have their appl/online taking orders. Plus no one should have to wait a week to be refunded either. They have extremely poor communication with their customers. Edit to add:it is now the 14th and no refund yet and have tried calling several times with no luck.
Here to edit my first review because the team here tonight did amazing! We ordered on the phone and the woman I spoke to was friendly. When we arrived to pick up that order and dine in, everyone looked happy and were friendly too. The food came out hot and crispy as we wanted and a few minutes later a man came out the side door and asked us if everything was good and if we needed anything. Restrooms were clean too which we appreciate! We don’t have many great dine in experiences at many places anymore so it’s worth mentioning that they did a great job today.
