IM TRYING FIGURE OUT WHY I DONT HAVE NO SODA IN MY CUP LIKE BFFR!!!!! MY FRIES ARE MAD SOGGY FOOD TASTED RUSHED ESPECIALLY SINCE I ORDERED THRU DOORDASH AND THEY MADE THE WRONG ORDER WHEN HE GOT THERE!!! SO YALL WAS RUSHING MY FOOD DUE TO YALL CLOSING GOT ME MESSED UP FORREAL!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT HERE DF!!!!
The food was okay. The wings were good but the fries were undercooked. The customer service was absolutely terrible. A black woman with dreads had a terrible attitude and should not be working in the restaurant business. She got mad for no reason and many people were complaining about things in their orders that were missing because of her. We had to check her because she had an attitude when something in our order was missing. The whole vibe was off and it was overall a terrible experience. Horrible customer service!
2.5 I was having trouble deciding between here and americas best wings. We went with Wing Stop. Umm… Wing stop just isn’t my favorite ‍ I feel like the wings are small, they’re overpriced, and the customer service is always really terrible. This time wasn’t bad though! I ordered online and fully expected to still wait half an hour after my pickup time as per usual. But I walked in, another woman was yelling at the cashier, and another employee helped me out. I was in and out in like 1min flat. World Record for a stop at wing stop. The wings weren’t bad, and I didn’t get bad service… But that’s a first for me. I do appreciate the speedy service and not having to wait for my order for once though.
It was my birthday and I wanted to order food from a local restaurant with my friends. However, when I called to place an order, no one answered the phone. Determined to still get my meal, I drove to the restaurant at 9:30, only to be told that they had stopped taking orders at 9. This was confusing to me, as their online hours indicated they were open until 12. So how else are customers supposed to order food ? At this point I was just upset. Frustrated, I asked another employee for help and was advised to place my order online. I stood in the restaurant and attempted to do so, only to find out that they were not accepting my DoorDash orders. I had to reach out to DoorDash to cancel the order. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was the only manager on duty. I felt compelled to warn the owner of the establishment about the inefficiency of their staff. It is clear that new workers are needed to prevent the business from going downhill. Never again will I come back.
The prices for what you get served are not worth it. Better off buying a bag of frozen wings and either frying or using an air fryer yourself. The wings did not have much flavor or meat on the bone, even covered in the Hot Buffalo sauce. On top of that, the restaurant is dirty. The soda machine looked like it had never been wiped off and all the soda varieties I tried were very weak on the flavor. This is why I hardly eat out, too expensive and disappointment everywhere.
I stopped by to grab some wings for my family but unfortunately I didn’t receive the 5 extra wings I paid for Everything else was just fineFood: 4/5
the whole order was wrong, waited 45minutes. was not prepared right so they remade it just for it to be wrong again. I hadnt had a wingstop experience like this until now. very dissapointed. wrong wings wrong fries. I left as soon as they gave me my food bc I was already waiting longer than they had said. I had trusted it was correct the 2nd time. Overheard them mess up another persons order as well. I understand things happen just pleease give me a free meal.
Very sad to have to decide not to revisit this location. I ordered online - Louisiana Dry Rub wings and fries. KNEW I should have checked my bag before I left but I just went ahead home. Got home to find what is pictured. Definitely not the dry rub I ordered and love. These were not edible - what ever the greasy heavy slick of stuff was slathered all over the wings. Since it was getting late and I didnt have many options I rinsed the chicken off, dried it with paper towels and put them in the air fryer. This is what this particular Wingstop reduced me to: air fryer paper towel chicken wings. So please be aware, you should probably avoid or just order in person and stand within eyeshot then double check what they put in the bag :
First time there great place to go very very busy place but they take care of you fast even though they are so busy the food is amazing if you like hot hot hot hot wings go there even if you don't like hot food they got it all just amazing customer service Wheelchair accessibility: They have a big opening for you to dine in so you can have a wheelchair there
They are rude, don't take orders unless on line, and take forever with your food even though there is always a ton of people working. And the wings aren't even that good.Food: 2/5
