It's was all in all great. Yes one  was cold but asked for fresh . They fixed it...we didn't care for the new lemon pepper. There was no flavor but everything else is on point I would definitely be a weekly customer if it was a but better skin on chicken was still attached which means wasn't ready but all happy considering

Not sure if managers weren't around this day but I had to step out with my kid and wait for my order outside because the music that was play was beyond vulgar. Lots of yound boys working together with poor choice of music that is inappropriate for a public restaurant.Food: 4/5

I have been coming to this Wingstop for years since it’s not far from my place. Out of all the times they have messes up this is the worst. Bought food for a little quick lunch date and ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. They ended up giving me regular hot and barbecue. Out of the entire menu those are the two flavor my girlfriend doesn’t like. Also they gave me 8 pc instead of a 10 pc. Even thought the food here is good they need to double check their orders.

Everything sucked, from picking up my order to eating it. Service sucked. They took forever to have my Online order done. Worst customer service didn't even say a word but "name".Food: 1/5

I come here a lot because I love wingstop. However, tonight was the first time I had an uneasy experience. We ordered one combo, restaurant had one other customer besides us and we waited 50 minutes only to find out they were never making it in the first place.I always come here so it unlikely to get this kinda service here but tonight I was disappointed :/

I used to go here a lot, even have the phone # saved. This guy with glasses got my order wrong TWICE. And falsely charged me. I waited 20 extra minutes even after I placed my order through the phone an hour before. I got my 10 piece wings and they couldn't give me a complimentary ranch like they always do and said its only for combos, how does that work? Horrible service, terrible people. I wanted a refund they refused ? So I just left the wings there because I can’t eat wings without ranch.

I ordered food from this restaurant today Friday around 10pm. The staff kept playing games and laughing in the kitchen. It almost felt like I was with a bunch of kids no grown ups. I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food  Kid-friendliness: carrots

This place is always on it, but the last time I ordered they forgot my ranch. No ranch at all with my wings. Then to top it off I got food poisoning from this place. I been eating wingstop for years. Sadly I will not anymore. My first time with food poisoning and it was terrible.Food: 1/5

Worst possible experience with their staff , answered phone with " what do you want " , treated soda machine like their personal drink station, had to void order and reorder - just awful. When asked for a manager or lead , they said " we don't feel comfortable giving out personal names " - it's literally on the receipt....insane place with immature employees. Very unprofessional, never returning - buyer beware!
