After letting them know this was our first time trying Wingstop we were able to sample the choices to make the best decision.  Very friendly and polite service. The food was hot and fresh. I love the homemade ranch and fries!!! We will be back.

Called in an order 30 minutes  before  arrival. Had to still wait 15 minutes to be served. When we made it home checked  the bag and order all screwed up. Ordered  3 combos but didnt get it. Called back and was only told 'im sorry' and hung up. Also small order of wings had no taste  and swimming in grease!!!!

I went to this restaurant with my sister in law and we were planning to dine inside. As we were waiting on our food, we saw the guy who was cooking the order pick up wings from out of a box with his hands and place it in another box. I'm guessing an order was messed up and they were switching wings with another customer. It was a hot, nasty mess as wing sauce was everywhere. Needless to say, we got our money back and so did everybody else waiting on their food on the inside. They had no problem giving us the refund and nothing to say for themselves, so I'm assuming this behavior is normal. Won't be eating here anymore.
