Loved this place, but now I will never go to this branch again. Ordered online. The order was estimated to take 25 minutes, so I arrived in 20 minutes and stayed by the register. I was told my order would be up in 8-10 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes since they seemed busy. My food had been ready and sitting right near the register. I apparently was forgotten during a shift change. Then, before being offered a new order or refund, I was asked if I still wanted the order. No, I don't want cold food! Wtf! I ended up with a refund.

Stopped by this wing stop to order a 30 piece family pack today at around 2:40pm .I had requested a mix of garlic parmesan with hot wing sauce together which other locations usually do. The cashier asked a gentleman who cooks the wings and he said "NO" they cant do that. I don't understand if other locations do this why doesn't this location do it as well. If there was an additional fee I would of paid for it. The wing cook didn't even look up to speak to me his head was down under the front desk counter looking for something.

I work in sales and I would never respond to a customer looking down. I would at least have the courtesy to look at the customer .  The manager or owner is of this particular location might need to train their staff on customer service again. The wing cook gentleman needs to learn to talk to people the right way!

I have always loved Wing stop ..so moving too Sacramento and being able to live very close too this one is very convenient and wings are always fresh out of the grease lol!!

I love Wingstop but this particular store it seems like they always run out of bone-in wings. I never see it busy enough to run out 4 of the 5 times I've came. I give up on this one.

Friendly lady at counter,offered us water while we wait. Clean place. Wings were a little to greesy and not cooked enough. But it's was still good enough to eat.
