I would imagine the folks working at the Hewitt Wingstop are great people if they just didn't have to do inconvenient things like take customer orders. I have been to this location about six times over a few years (keep giving it another chance...), and I have yet to see an employee who is even remotely polite. Disinterested is the best description. Moreover, the neon sign outside says the restaurant is open until midnight, which we assumed meant that it would serve food until, oh, about midnight. At 11, we were told, impolitely, that it would take around 45 minutes to complete an order. I like Wingstop generally, but I will go to a different location in Waco and avoid this one altogether.

Customer service is horrible. The lady at the front was yelling and complaining about what pigs the customers were about not pushing in their chairs. Would not recommend this location.

I called this location at 11:20pm to place an order to go. After being hung up on the first time, I was rudely told it was too late to place a phone order and to either order online or in person.

Costumer service tonight at Wingstop was horrible. Walked in got to the register, lady who shift was about to end was on the floor doing something didn't stop to ask me my name or what it was I needed. Another lady who seen me come in didn't greet me until she was done with her conversation with her co worker who were stand RIGHT INFRONT of the register where I was. When asked my name and what I had she rudly sighs and gives my order with NO RANCH. Everytime I order I have to go out my way bc most employees at this location have poor customer service skills. Last time I ordered here I was given cold old fries and cold/roomtep wings.
