Food was good the customer service needs lots of improvement. The young women named Aileen who took are order was in such a rude mode. I ask to clean the table because it was sticky and she roll her eyes. I did tell her thank and sorry to bother I know you got upset. Her answer was that is my everyday face trust me. How would I trust her?! Really they need to be tech proper etiquette

Although it's beginning to rise up and establish its reputation in the Watsonville community, Wingstop has a long way to go to offer the best wings in Watsonville. UPDATE: No improvement in any way. Too overcrowded and orders take too much time. You have to wait there as you awkwardly stare at irritated people waiting for their food. I had many issues with my fries being cold and the wings lacking sauce. Still doesn't live up to my expectations and most likely won't.

Pretty good given it is WING STOP. Managers please do teach your employees proper etiquette especially around children i over heard an inappropriate conversation, and about not being on their cell phones!

Bad customer service and overcrowded. Everyone there oddly stares at you. Would drive to another wingstop with good customer service and a good crowd any day.

I came and ordered firstly and no one was there. Then one girl came but I wait long after the girl got her wings. Mess management. Not recommend
