My dishwasher malfunctioned recently giving us an error code.  The code indicated a water leak.  We called Winkler and they sent a repair tech out to look at it.  He didn't even bother to run a cycle to look for the source of the water leak and promptly declared the dishwasher needed a new motor.  This was quoted as a $680 repair on a two year old appliance!!  I got another company to check it out and they found the problem to be a faulty rubber gasket on the door and replaced it for $100 including parts and labor.  Running 30 days now and not a drop of water to be seen so I'm glad I got a second opinion!

This place charged me 95$ to clean a dishwasher filter and remove a spoon stuck in the dishwasher. They lied on the invoice and claimed the spoon(a tiny metal sugar spoon) was obstructing flow of water to the dishwasher.  How they can justify 15 minutes of simple work costing 95$ is beyond me.

I can not express how great of an experience i had. The gentlemen spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me get my ac/heater fixed. I called 2 other companies first and waited on hold, decided to call someone local and remembered driving past here a few times. I am so happy i called. Everything works great and didn't cost as much as i was originally quoted with the other companies. Call them first!

Absolute worst appliance repair center in town.  Leaves the appliances outside for the rain and beating heat.  Do not follow through with their commitments.  These people do not even communicate within their own organization.  Without a doubt they are also the most expensive. On top of it, it takes them weeks to complete a job.  I have had more than one dealing with them.  They have a losing record with me -- 0-3.  Each of the three jobs were the worst I've seen from top to bottom, and I have used nearly every service center in the local area.
