I went there last night at approximate 9:07pm . I picked up a few items and asked the cashier to get someone to load my prepaid card. She stated it'll be a few minutes, I'll check these items for you and the guy who does it is at customer service desk but he's counting money for the safe. i stated that's fine, how long will it take? she replied probably another 10 minutes. When I finished checking out the picked up her call phone, notified whomever by saying " I know this is an inconvenience at this hour, but  someone is here who needs to load a card. I didn't realize it would be an inconvenience when this is one of the services you offer.  I was shocked that he couldn't help me for 10 minutes. I had already spent money and I shouldn't have been put on hold. I especially did not appreciate the cashier's remark to whoever was on the phone by calling me an inconvenience. it was mean and uncalled for. I was willing to wait for an extra 10 minutes, but not to be insulted.   I go here faithfully and spend quite a bit of money here. Is this how your loyal or any customer are suppose to be treated? There was plenty of time to do the transaction. The store closes at 10pm. I have never been more upset and actually never had a problem before tonight.

We shop here pretty frequently.  The prices are comparable to other stores in the area, but we like their fuel perks and also take advantage of their specials.
