I dread having to go here. Although most employees seem nice it's the cashiers that always seem to be so unpleasant. Instead of getting a manager they try to figure things out themselves. It would be great except when you leave people in line they often think, "well, where is she going, this is probably going to be forever", then when the cashier comes back and the problem is not solved and we then have to wait anyways for a manager. I know errors happen but the store is small enough to control those errors, but then again the argument would be "apparently not"... I wish we had room for a Rouse's closer by.

They're produce section is a joke. The, meat, as usual, is pretty good, though. Place looks as old as Westwego itself. Staff is pretty nice and helpful, though. It's not a bad place to shop. It just needs some new flooring and expand the produce section.

This Westwego Winn-Dixie doesn't carry my Hola Nola Products. I really wish they would carry my product. I still have to travel to Marrero Winn-Dixie in my power wheelchair to get my chips every week.
