Winnfield Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA has been a nightmare on Hollywood Ave. ... I attempted a review, but it wasn't posted. I sincerely
hope this will be published.  If you want to be treated like you are a "used
car lot" customer, by all means go to this facility. Please don't pay anything until your wishes are written and completed. My brother and I 
wanted to give my aunt the final care she deserved from her life.  But oh NO... not with these people. We have been lied to over and over and over.  It has been over 2 months since we made the mistake and walked through those doors. Respect is a thing of the past for these people.  I hope this brief review will help someone else.  We have not been able to finalize the life insurance policies, because Winnfield hasn't responded to us or the insurance companies. ......My aunt worked many years by her husband's side for the Former Winnfield Company. Please don't be fooled
by the religious jargon "Let's pray about it"..... I truly believed my aunt
would have died a second death over her embalming and this whole
