Received a quote for new AC and gas furnace. Informative, polite, and professional. The estimate was received as promised and on-time. Still accepting bids, so no decision on whether they will get the job, but I’d feel very comfortable with the prospect if I select them.

Austin Mayo was outstanding from the time he came to give us an estimate thru the completion of the job. We talked with 5 electrical companies about the situation needing to be addressed and knew we wanted to go with Winstar as soon as Austin finished talking with us.  His knowledge and approach with us was so impressive in addition to being friendly yet very professional. We were also impressed with his detailed explanation of how Winstar would tackle the job. It was a BIG job that included but was not limited to changing a fuse box to a circuit breaker and coordinating with an appliance company we had purchased a wall oven from.  He had no problem talking with the other company when they had a question, we could not answer, about what the electrical company was going to do.  That was super impressive!

Austin and his partner Alex Weber arrived timely (on one of the coldest days this winter) and worked in and out of doors without complaining or even talking about how cold it was.  We actually felt sorry for them having to be out in such cold weather for part of the job. We would give both guys an A+ for customer service, attentiveness and knowledge of what they were doing. They even took off their shoes when they came in the house and laid down drop clothes on the steps and areas they were working in.  Usually we have to ask workers to do that but we never had to say anything about that to Austin and Alex; they automatically did it.  As stated we were so impressed with their work and them that we will definitely use Winstar again and refer them to family and friends. Top Notch would be our way of describing the work we had done by Windstar.

Alex was early and professional . He fixed our electrical problem easily and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company and electrician to friends.

Excellent service preformed.  Timing of arrival was professional for electrical job, an analysis of problem was done, and I agreed with repairs needed.  Performance of electric repairs were finished in sufficient timing.  Great job.

This is the 2nd time I called Winstar to make some electrical repairs in my parent's home.  After completing the 1st repair a couple months ago, a caregiver in the home asked Austin to replace some burned out carport ceiling lights.  He went the extra mile!  I remembered that and called him back for the 2nd repair.  He was extremely polite.  After showing him the work to be done he told me how much it would cost and after completing the work he asked me to check what he had done.  He is a professional!
