Worst service ever.   My son picked out the Note 7, which has since been recalled.  He was still trying to get a replacement, as of 10/3,  until the non-exploding version is available.  They continually failed to realize that the phone had been recalled and that they needed to provide a replacement until a new Note 7 was available.  Finally called Verizon for a resolution and they are shipping us a replacement Note 7.

We were in the store for 2 hours, we were told that 2 phone would be $45 total. I sign on to the internet and set up and account to find out my bill is $164.00. We also paid them for 2 phone that day over $200. Feel like I was scammed... I tried to talk to customer service at verizon, and even if I get my money back on the phone I got from them, I would still owe that much for even one day. 
 Just to give you and update on my progress, I got a call from the Aberdeen Store and she explained it very well to me and I understand why my bill is now $144 for the 1st month... Thanks for your help Kristin,
