UPDATE* 4/12/ 2018 STILL NO CALL OR WORK ..BUT YOU STILL HAVE MY MONEY $3500 COMPLETE RIP OFF! These people are simply thieves that simple. 
If I could I would give a big ZERO. 

They gladly took 3500 CASH to replace two high hats and install 4 electrical outlets. Well to this day, Jan 10 2018 The outlets do NOT WORK!! I have called spoken to ' Ray ; who assures me each and every time 'someone will get back to you' 
I'm just wondering  " RAY.....IN WHAT LIFETIME it's been OVER 1 YEAR! 
Shame shame shame I hope NO ONE ELSE USES YOU AND GETS ROBBED LIKE I DID! 
3500 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO BEGIN WITH,  to 
NOT GET WHAT I PAYED FOR IS SCANDALOUS....see you in court.
Perhaps if you read this you would like to contact me and get this taken care of!

" I FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM WIREMASTERS!"
Surprised but happy...at first...then I'm told yes we have all your paperwork, I see a permit was pulled, but that was a year ago and WE DON'T SERVICE THAT AREA!! 
WHAT?!......BUT you took my money! 
That makes NO SENSE.....well said the man that called,
 I just got this FROM THE OWNER, he saw your post, and INSTEAD OF CALLING TO RECTIFY THE INCIDENT, the man tells me, well let me show your paperwork to the boss and see what he wants to do?! 
REALLY? 
WHY??....Wasn't this call to REMEDY the issue at hand?
YOU TOOK MY MONEY MAKE WHAT I PAYED FOR WORK!
WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WIREMASTERS!? *Chris Gavarrete operations supervisor is whom was at my house and I have his biz card with all my paperwork!
I will keep everyone posted to what the remedy is.

I have been using Wiremasters for my all electrical issues since i moved into my home 5 years ago. They've installed my security camera's, installed new lights and flood lights around my home, switched and upgraded my dimmer switches. I had a flood light that stopped working and they came and repaired it and still didnt work and they sent out a technician within a couple days. Today we had the pleasure of having Robert as a technician. Very nice and professional. We were very happy once again with wiremasters and their great team of technicians! and our light works!!!  😁

I am an elderly partially handicapped individual and one morning awoke to what I thought was a serious electrical problem.  I called Wiremasters and within an hour, Juan Celis, the technician, arrived.  The problem turned out to be not so serious and he had it fixed quickly.  He called the company and asked them to waive the fee which they kindly did.  I will never use any other electric company

I had an electrical failure in my kitchen early one morning and didn't know who to call for quick service so went to the internet to look for help.  I was impressed by the website I saw for Wiremasters so I called their phone number and received a helpful and courteous response.  I was given an appointment and the technician, Larry, arrived that afternoon.  He fixed the problem in about an hour's time.  The service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied.  I would definitely use Wiremasters again if another electrical problem arises in my household and I need fast service, good service, and service at a fair price.
