Horrible experience. Front office receptionist (Dawn)  that answers the phone  is extremely rude. Worst teeth cleaning experience of my life. My teeth didn't even feel clean. Then, I was made to wait two months (after approval from insurance and after informing staff of the excruciating pain I was in).  Then, all the hygenist does is solicit her private business in making her own toothpaste instead of focusing on cleaning your teeth. On top of this all, they made me a dental mouth guard with a crack in it and the provider (Dr. Josh Kirschenbaum) refused to remake it! Avoid this office!

I didn't even want to give this place one star but I have to just to leave this review. This place is the worst I have ever been to. They lied and said my child needed 3 root canals and a bunch of other work done. Thankfully I took him for a second opinion to a reputable, caring and professional dentist who cares about their patients. Could you imagine taking your child to someone who would do something that would cause your child unnecessary pain just to make money and ruin their adult teeth?! I know their are people like this out there but it's never happened to me.  I don't normally leave negative reviews on google. I felt it very important especially for  parents.

Worst front desk. I was trying to make an appointment and carlyne had the most rude attitude. I told her I had serious pain and  even through the pain I was trying to be nice. But she had no care or respect in the way she handles the phone

Worst experience ever lost a front tooth dealing with them. Dentist stared a root canal.
The rude woman at the front  desk say will take a month for approval. 
Month pass call my insurance  they haven't even send the  x-rays
Call back concern and having pain wanted to speak to someone at office . 
No one picks up the phone 3 times I called
When they do nothing but rudeness telling me it's my insurance. If I can't wait service for my root canal will be  $750 I have to pay.

This place makes me  nervous  and uncomfortable.  I finally change my Dentist and provider  reported them to my insurance 
company. 
In 3 days my dental claim was approved for my root canal  having work done as I speak.
This place is so shaddy wouldn't want my worst enemy to go here.
