stars for honesty, up until this morning very honest with estimated time of arrival... Which is why today was the first timeI set up a taxi.  2 1/2 stars today as the dispatcher did notify me due to the other driving having problems the time was off.  But left me having to call another company.  Would have cost me the same here for the three quick stops I needed to make and too my destination will now cost me to go straight there with the other company

I will never use another cab company besides wish, they are always on time and always give an honest wait time. best rates in upstate NY

I have never used a taxi in Plattsburgh that is better than Wish transport, they are honest, very professional and love their jobs. God bless you guys for being honest and hard working! keep up the great work!!

Told me half hour waited a hour then got a text saying they couldn't come pick me up they just can't do it told me call different taxi  ... will not take or call this place and I do not recommend this place at all to any one they are lucky I have to give a star or I wouldn't give one at all !!
