Great place to camp off the normal beaten path. Fairly quiet at night. There is no Verizon or T-Mobile service but there is Verizon service 3/4 of a mile back down from the entrance. There are clean vault toilets and good amount of TP. The trails surrounding the campsite are currently in need of work, but you can do some scrambling​ around. You are also

There is no cellphone service here. Also, the drive here is long and winding on a narrow road. But it is pretty relaxing once you get here. And the river though very dangerous is very pretty. There are water faucets, vault toilets, and trash cans.

Toilets could've been in better condition ... fishing was great bring plenty of salmon eggs... and watch for them bears they aren't really scared of you as much as you think haha

Had a great stay, a bit crowded during peak season weekends, but was empty by Tuesday. There were a few black bears, keep your food covered and locked in the boxes. 

Great access to a nearby stream and not far from the natural slides! The drive up here can be a little rough, and it's very remote, come prepared.

You can take a day trip to Sequoia National Park from here, probably Death Valley as well.

Gorgeous campgeound, was empty when we were there, post large storm. Very secluded.
