Used wisla to travel from CT to jfk in a real bad weather but reached much ahead of time and safely. Really impressed with our driver Andrew, he was kind and made sure everyone was comfortable. Helped everyone with their bags and very courteous. I am happy with the service and will surely travel with them when need arises.

My husband and I have used your service many times twice this year and we will be booking again in Jan. The drivers are always courteous and helpful. The shuttle is on time for pick up from your home They make every effort to pick you up from the the airport when you flight arrives, but we understand that this is a shuttle not a private limo. I would also like to mention the office assistance is great very helpful.  We feel very secure knowing that Wisla will be waiting for us.  Warm Regards Susan Favreau

The dispatcher and the driver Al were great.  They treated me very well.
Especially Al that found me at the airport instead of doing me find him!  He brought the Shuttle to where I was because I was tired and couldn't find the right place.

Today i traveled in wisla...i really enjoyed...Andy is really very good person...he really helped me lot...he is sooo friendly...he dropped me 3 hours before my departure time...enventhough heavy traffic and wether conditions are not good

The lady on the phone is very rude. I have used this service prior to this very negative experience. Plane arrived late and so did the baggage; the office lady would not have the driver wait a little longer. Rudely said that the next service would be 6 hours later. Refused a refund and insisted that I talk to the airlines for them coming late...
Had to take CT limo and pay again to come home. They never called at a later time to see if I was still at the airport or had taken another transportation.
