I rented from Witt for many years and I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. They are all wonderful, compassionate, and patient people who strive to make renting through them a positive experience. Renting can be a scary process - hoping your landlord won't wrongfully charge or evict you. Those worries can be put to rest with these guys. They are extremely fair and treat their tenants with kindness and respect.

A majority of the staff is very unfriendly. Sharon is about the only one who is civil with clients who have certain needs to be met. Lisa and the other women working there, forget about it, very rude and snarky. I feel they only see their tenants as a paycheck and not actual people. When it came to getting repairs done to an apartment they owned it took several emails and phone calls to finally get someone over to fix them. What’s funny about this is I sent them three emails never heard anything back so I finally called and they said go through their website for repairs. What does the website say? Send them and EMAIL! 
They are a ridiculous company to work with I recommend anywhere else when it comes to renting property.

I've rented a property from Witt and Associates for almost five years and have never had any difficulties with them. I've only had to contact the office a couple times in this five year period, and, if they needed to, they would send over their repair man by the next business day (with my permission). Lisa, Sharon, and all the ladies in the office are always amazing when I bring in my rent check; they ask about me, my schooling, and work. Needless to say, they are amazing to rent from and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.

Their good rating is well deserved. BY FAR and away the best rental company in Bozeman.  I called them for years afterwards to ask if they had any openings, purely because I appreciated how wonderful they were to rent from.  Thanks Don!

Rented for 9 years. Amazing people. Had a family tragedy and they went above and beyond to help us. After 9 years received my entire deposit.  Always respectful of your privacy and very responsive to any needs you may have.
